Shipping within the Philippines

We ship all orders within the Philippines via J&T Express.

Processing Time:

Once your payment is confirmed, please allow 2-3 business days for us to process and ship your order.

Ship out Days:

Ship out days every Monday and Friday Only

Estimated Delivery Time:

• Metro Manila: 2-3 business days after shipping.
• Outside Metro Manila: Up to 7 business days or more, depending on your location.

Tracking Information:

We will send you the tracking number for your shipment via email. If you do not receive your tracking number within 24 hours of shipment, please contact us via direct message on Instagram at @sparklingstones_ph.

Lalamove (Metro Manila Only):

For customers in Metro Manila who need their items delivered quickly, we offer Lalamove delivery on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us via direct message on Instagram to coordinate Lalamove delivery. Delivery fees will be calculated based on your location and are the customer's responsibility.

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or courier delays.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier.
